It’s tough to express how personally impressed I am with Delta as a company, and more importantly, how impressed I am with their people. I pride myself on being a good judge of character and I have never worked with a more dedicated, professional group of individuals. In my 25 years working in the technology field, I have worked with many companies, and many vendors, but NONE of them can hold a candle to Delta.
I now know why Delta has become such a great success. I believe the strength of a company comes directly from its employees, and first impressions are everything. I don’t need someone to tell me how great their company is, because ultimately, that comes through in the work, communication, professionalism, follow-up, and follow-through. From our first Wi-Fi project working with John and Dan, to our latest project working with the entire company, I know exactly why Delta hired each and every one of their employees. Because if I had the chance, I would do the same thing… What an exceptional group of professionals! They walk into our buildings like a breath of fresh air, laugh with each other, with us, and they bring with them an atmosphere of calm in the most difficult situations.
I truly hope Delta never stops doing what they’re doing and never loses that personal touch with their customers. They have earned my continued business in any way I can, and not just because of pricing, or because of the equipment they sell, but because of the level of service they provide and because of how they treat us. It has been a complete pleasure and truly my honor to work with each and every member of the Delta team over these past few months. I am looking forward to a long working relationship moving forward.
