Resident Engineering

Delta can place an engineer(s) physically onsite or virtually, at your disposal to do whatever tasks you require to support your network. 

Our customers choose this service for varying reasons: 

  • To augment staff without adding headcount 
  • To ensure a smooth transition from one network environment to another while their own staff gets trained on the new products and service procedures 
  • To quickly educate your newly hired employees on what the network is comprised of, how it is configured, the maintenance tasks and typical troubleshooting procedures on specific products and systems 
  • To beef up staff and response levels during your business critical or “busy season” 

This service is available for as little as one man day per week up to full time arrangements.
